Delivery Area

Discount Brands currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses only.

Standard Delivery

Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Express Delivery

Express UK mainland delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Eligible orders over £95 excluding VAT qualify for free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Additional charges may apply to remote UK locations. Any applicable charge will be displayed before payment.

Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Large orders, stock availability or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect dispatch and delivery times.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may be caused by couriers, adverse weather, public holidays, stock delays or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate it.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address entered during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct before placing your order.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Discount Brands cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected items where applicable.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have completed our investigation.
